האתגר: כיום ברוב מחלקות הפיתוח של חברות ההי-טק, יושבים אנשים בעלי-הכשרה מקצועית צרת-אופקים לתחום עיסוקם – מחשבים, הנדסה, ביולוגיה, וכו'. אנשים אלו למדו במגמות ריאליות בתיכון ובצבא עסקו במקצוע או שירתו כחיילים מן המניין. עובדה זו גרמה לכך שכיום חסרים להם כלי דמיון ונקודות מבט שונות החשובות מאוד למלאכת הפיתוח.

אייל יצר סדרת סדנאות אשר פותחות אפיקים חדשים, מציתות את הדמיון מעשירות את העובדים, ומובילות ליוזמה ולפיתוח רעיונות חדשים.
טכניקות אלו כוללות שחרור לחצים והרחבת אופקים בעזרת תרגילי דמיון מודרך, דינמיקה קבוצתית, ותרגילי תיאטרון.
סדנאות אלו הן חוויה הן מבחינה אישית ובעיקר מבחינה מקצועית.

Challenge: Nowadays in most departments of development of Hi-Tech companies, people are possessing a narrow professional training relative to their field of expertise such as: computers, engineering, biology, etc... These people had studied in specific fields in high-school, and worked in their fields in the army or served as ordinary soldiers. This fact has created a lack of imagination tools and various perspectives that are vital for the develoment work itself.
Solution: Because it is impossible to turn back the clock, it is possible to develop new ideas.

Imagination, as a way of thought is a tool that is used as an inspirational source and an option for self-development and intern the development of the company.
Eyal Shay, Tel-Aviv University graduate, teacher and instructor, has developed techniques in the Communication Corps in the army and simultaneously created enrichment and theater workshops for adults. These workshops that open up new channels, ones that spark the imagination and enrich the employees lead to the development and initiation of new ideas.
These techniques include tension release, and expansion of horizons using imagination exercises, group dynamics, and theater exercises. These techniques are a fascinating experience personally and especially professionally.
